I just got an email from COMC at 11:45PM on a Saturday night letting me know that my cards have been added to my account 2 days early!

Not sure if they are up there working that late but it was definitely appreciated. Lots of graded football now in the port.

COMC Customer Service is top knotch in my book!

That is very cool. I've never had that happen on the 4 or 5 shipments I've sent in, but it's good to know that it is possible.

About 3 hours after I posted that this had never happened to me, they posted 58 cards to my account 2 days earlier than expected. Think they read these boards? Awesome, thanks! Now if only they could add my 550 or so National Special cards earlier than expected...

I've actually had this happen to me quite a few times before. I had a small one-week processing shipment last month that got added three days early, and I had a 4-week processing shipment last year with a decent amount of cards that got added 5 days early. In both cases they listed cards before the weekend, which would explain the big jump in time, but that's still really cool.

Actually, now that I look at it, 10 of my 11 shipments have been at least a day early. None have been late, only one was added to my account on their estimated date. So yeah, thumbs up to the team from here too, been selling on the site since August 2010 and I literally have zero complaints about the way they've treated me. That says a lot, as I genuinely enjoy complaining.
