I'm still going with Sanchez being released by the end of the season. Jason Campbell got hurt and the Raider's ended up releasing him, even though he had a winning record that year up to the injury. This is Sanchez's last year as a Jet.

Kinda feel bad for him. Jets never really gave him much help, not sure Santonio Holmes and Plaxico could be really considered help. LT passed his prime, meh. A competent O-line would have been nice as well. Now, the buttfumble, that was embarassing. Just kinda feel he gets way more criticism than he probably deserves.

Note: I am a Bills fan. I can't stand the Jets. Just didn't want to be accused of making a homer post.

Makes you wonder if Rex put Sanchez in with the intent of him being injured. That way, they'd have an excuse to get rid of him. I mean, who really puts their star QB into a preseason game in the 4th quarter? Especially if that player was never dressed to play and is not even warmed up? There HAD to be a reason to do that.
