It's in great shape should it be graded PSA or BVG? My first vintage grading. Thanks

PSA. Theres not huge amounts of credibility to BVG.

General Rule
Pre 1955 - SGC
1955-1985 - PSA
1985+ - BGS

Does BVG issue "sub-grades" the way BGS does? If so, that's the one aspect I like about BGS over PSA other than of course the thicker higher quality slab that is more aesthetic at BGS too.

PSA will make you become a member if you're not already, they charge for the membership but you get some free grading with it.
I prefer BGS/BVG slabs for PC cards

PSA definitely. They have a better reputation for vintage. And you don't have to join to get cards graded, there are plenty of group gradings where you can send your card in without being a member
