So I'm getting a Michael Jordan Fleer Rookie Card from a friend (for free... i know, lucky me) and I want to send it in to get graded.

Does sending it to BGS over PSA affect the value, and if so, by how much?

PSA is the way to go for a Jordan RC. Price difference? I don't know... Haven't followed that card lately.
