Does being a Top-Rated seller get charged less than 10 percent on sales?

same 10% comes off, you get 20% additional off your total bill for the billing period.
You have to keep up on certain criteria though. I lost out on my 2nd month after getting TRS status. I was away for 10 days and didn't list much for the month so they dropped me that month, but I got it back the next and have held it since.

The 20% off is only for FVF. The fees on shipping are not discounted. Also there are certain conditions that make items ineligible for the 20% off.
You have to be a TRS PLUS to get the 20% off which means your listings all have to have a 14 day return and have a 1 day handling to get the 20% off.
