What is the best insert/numbered card in 99-00 ?

I'm VC collector and think that he had the best cards in 99-00 season.
Club Vertical, Raise the Roof, Legacy /20, Apex, Sky's the limit, Game Breakers, Soar Subjects Vivid,Millennium Men, Gold Label series, Team Finest Red, Gold etc.
There're tons of rare cards from that year and I wonder if You can tell me which is the rarest one ?

Personal favourites are Raise the Roof, Warp Tek, Vivid, Millennim Men, Gold Label.
Rarest one must be the starting 5.

After listing these I realized Vince is only in the Dunk Mob and Black Diamond sets, but some ideas of some other sweet looking cards from that year. It's probably the last year of sweet looking inserts before patches and autographs became the main focus.

Those super scripts are nice and apex xtra look great in hand, an underrated one would be 99-00 spx radiance

This us the cutoff point for 90's fever, but there are tons of very nice underrated sets this year.

I like this set from 99-00 the most, if one throws the rarity consideration aside, as there are quite a few 1/1 and /5-/25 cards.

Ushering in the patch cards we all know and love nowadays. Unnumbered patch is 1:7500. The set from UD1 ans UD2 combined is large with many versions for each player. Hard to hit a specific card. Numbered version should be even tougher.

His Topps Gold Label cards are gorgeous. Putting together the rainbow (minus the 1/1s) is a tough feat!
Gold class 1,2,3
Black Class 1,2,3
Red Class 1 /100, 2, /50, 3 /25

Plus the inserts have a similar Gold Black Red rainbow to go after.

I mean various 1/1 cards in 99-00 such as Flair MP, APEX, SPx Extreme, Mystique, Gold label class 1, 2, 3, new standard 1/1, UD 1/1, Hardcourt 1/1, etc
for /5 I mean starting 5.

Sky's limit Warp Tek /25, Cutting edge Warp Tek /25.

Super patch is /25, no /5 and /1. Sorry for the confusion. Would love to see your Malone.
