70 bid retractions ??

Found an action being shilled--but 70 retractions how does ebay allow it to continue. The first buyer must really like the seller, he only bid on every auction ending in the next three hours from same seller

eBay doesn't want to policy shill bidding.

I saw one the other day who had over 400 in the past 6 mos and was clearly not a shill.

There are a couple of bidders out there who will retract once they get outbid because they do not want to be forced to pay should the new bidder retract or the seller remove them. Have seen a couple of posters on the Ebay boards encourage bidders do that.
