Good for him.
The suit said that Yankees physician Dr. Christopher Ahmad did not inform him of the tear and cleared him to continue playing, and accused them of medical malpractice.
If true - remember how everyone was laughing that the Yankees rushed him back in an attempt to get him reinjured so they could weasel out of his contract? - I hope Arod buries them.

If the earlier reports are true I fully agree with this. No doubt I think A-roid cheated and he should be suspended. No doubt I think suing MLB and Selig is stupid but the reports of what the GM told the DR and reports like this are troubling. He may be a pos but these are actions that deserve to be sued over. This Dr and Cashman need to be held accountable if the reports are accurate.

Why? Because you think he won't win?
Or because you support Bud Selig?
No trolling/flaming, just curious.
I despise Selig more than I could say here without getting a vacation. I just think Arod's lawsuit against him is groundless. Did MLB go after him with both guns blazing? Absolutely, but we all know Arod is dirtier than a pig in mud. MLB is just holding him accountable for his own actions.
The Dr and GM on the other hand were actively (if reports are true) conspiring against him in a way that would harm him both financially and health wise. Regardless of what a pos Arod is, that is not ok.
This is how I see both sides but am open to other opinions on it. I did not take your question as "trolling". I also did not take it as "flaming". What you choose to do in your own home is none of my business. :D:D:D:devil:

Hopefully he sues the Yankees next and pushes them to bankruptcy, thus returning a large amount of competitive balance back to the league

Arod is going to own the Yankees after these lawsuits are said and done.

That's the thing with narcissists. When they go down, they try to bring everyone else down. They have no respect for the game that made them gazillionaires. No respect for the history. No respect for the fans.

I'd hate to be a pitcher going against A-rod. If I struck him out, he might sue me for making him look bad

Competitive balance?? Last time I checked the Tampa Bay Rays, Oakland A's, Pittsburgh Pirates were all in the playoffs and they Yankees aren't
