First group of cards on COMC and other than waiting 30 days to get them on the site, so far I really like it. My question is this, since I am never going to be a huge case breaker who pays to have the case overnighted so that I can be the first on E-Bay with my product, does it simply make more sense to go with COMC exclusively? I mean, from those with experience how good is the market for new product autos, etc. As opposed to simply inserts, etc. I noticed there are a lot of high end cards on COMC and was wondering if they sell?
Any opinions would be greatly appreciated.

I would think it would depend on the card. For something high end it can't hurt to sell on ebay, but for a lot of cards I think it's just easier to send them into COMC, and have them to the leg work. :)

You never know what will sell on COMC unlike eBay and what something will go for, I've had terrible player autos/jerseys sell for 5-10$, Then again sometimes good deals sit for weeks before being found. I got a 150$ MJ Insert for 60$ and flipped it on eBay once.

This. I've taken to sending everything to COMC now. Sometimes you get book or better for something you wouldn't sell on ebay if it's the only one on the site. Otherwise, it really depends on the card. Some higher end stuff has gone right away and some have sat for awhile.
