UPI case closing today. He hit the BIN a week ago and have not heard a word from him. He actually changed his user id in the middle of the transaction.

Why not just file the UID give him a strike then like most sellers if he has 2 or more strikes in the past 12 months he is automatically blocked.

Instead you left a feedback that if he reports it you could get punished for. The fact you left feedback shows you did not give him a strike.

I got this message when my case opened for my last item I'm waiting on for payment:

"i just love sellers who don't send invoices but find the time to open cases.
send an invoice 4 the $8 for payment"

funny, I accepted the offer, and it was actually $16 ($8/each for 2 items) ebay automatically sends an invoice, and reminders prior the the case opening, and the case auto opens.

I was cordial in my reply w/a new invoice. I expect trouble and a cancellation now or my first negative because this user doesn't know how to use ebay. I will supply the user id if it does go down hill.

I have added the 2 of yours to my list

Ebay not only sends an invoice right away, but sends one about everyday the item is not paid as well.

just following up. I have now sent 2 invoices and 2 extra messages to make sure she is getting them. buyer finally said she got my 2nd invoice (and probably #5 or #6 overall), but still has not paid. case will close tuesday night.

she seems very arrogant and a know it all on ebay though she has only been a member since April and has 140 feedbacks. so far everyone but me appears to have been paid. I guess she knows more than the rest of us including ebay too! I don't know why she needs the invoice to pay when all the reminders have invoices and it will show up on her dashboard that she needs to pay anyway.

I even offered to cancel the transaction.
