Would would you do?

Hey guys
I bought a Rodgers chrome rookie from member (wont name yet) on here on 10-22. He made it clear to me he wouldnt be able to ship until the following week (which is now last week) because he had cancer. He had good feedback, was a long time member, and I certainly wanted to be sensitive to his situation. Last week came and went and no return PM. Last activity was that same day....What now? I planned on giving him until the end of the week? Is that wrong? What would you do?

It's a tough situation. He seems like a legit guy to deal with. I would wait it out a couple days and if he doesn't respond I would file a claim.

If the guy has cancer, he should not be selling cards if he is going to be in and outta the hospital. New member, or old member, makes no damn difference.

If he shows up on the site but doesn't return PMs, that is shady.

I don't care who you are, it takes maybe a minute to formulate a response, even if it is "I am working on it".

Maybe I wasnt clear Tommy....He hasnt been active since the day I bought it. Either way, Blowout PM's show up in your email too. Maybe I'll give him until Wednesday for some type of response.

Yea not much you can do, file the claim to get your money back but maybe hold off on negative feedback until you hear more.
