Hi, I have a question involving ebay DSR. If I offer Free shipping will I automatically start getting a 5 star DSR rating on EVERY sale, even if the buyer does not leave Feedback/DSR?

no, they have to leave feedback to get it. also if they do so from a mobiloe phone they maybe able to leave less than 5 stars for it.

The 5 stars for "free" S&H is just an eBay illusion to make seller offer free S&H. As far I can tell checking some sellers. A little group is playing with this DSR rating to get back his 5 stars.

I found a seller that sell things like "seasonal" or cycle style to play with the S&H DSR. His/her shipping and handling cost for combine items is abusive. For example ask $2/$3 for extra item. You end paying $30 and he/she ships in a USPS Medium Flat Rate (postage online) without even an paper invoice or protective cushion. Then after getting a beating in the DSR. This seller move to sell items in other category that are lightweight. So it goes the free S&H. Recover his 5 stars, take sometime away, and return again selling the items that have S&H cost.
