2nd case Mars Attacks: Invasion

Ended up cracking that second case... to no one's surprise. After how good my first case was with all the SPs and the Cook sketch I was ready for a bit of a 'let down' but still think this was a decent case with a variety of inserts and a range of sketch quality.

Surprised to get two of the 200ct artists in a single case.
Very happy with the Treece, thrilled with the Diaz since I love the landscape stuff like this and so much of what Dastick does, and the Scott was awesome as well.

I had a number of damaged cards in this case and a couple dozen off cut cards on top of that. So from quality control this case was very disappointing, but it doesn't seem to be a huge issue with the release so that's good.

The Repka sketch looks to be the same creature on the left of Ed's card #4 above. Not sure if he designed the insect or not, but if so that's pretty cool to have a sketch of the bug by the designer and goes with my full body martian from MAH.

Nice pulls, seriously. I was going to see if the Pisa sketch was for sale since I like it myself very much too. But sounds like you want to keep it. The landscape style sketches are my favorite by far. I got sick of the martian close-ups quite a while ago.

The Scott and in particular Diaz sketches are very cool looking pulls.

Also I'm not sure what it is, but for some reason I am quite fond of the Madrake sketches also. I have picked myself up a couple very cheap so obviously I am one of the few that do like these.. :o

Thanks everyone, I was fairly pleased with the case overall - and was very happy to get a creator sketch. Always a downer with damaged cards, but at least it doesn't seem widespread like the roller marks have been on some sets or cards cut in half by the pack crimper.
