So I sold a purple refractor Josh Hart auto #rd/10 on ebay the other day. It was bid on and bid up by two guys way above what it was worth. At the last second, the one eBayer retracted his bid causing the second guy to win it for MUCH LESS. It only sold for like $38. Anyway, after a lot of research, every item this guy wins, low and behold there is a bid retraction from this same guy right at the moment the auction ends, thus this guy gets the item for a very cheap price. They bid it way above what anybody else would pay, so others don't even bid.
The ebay member that is winning the items is:
jetsandmets
Check out his listings he has won for yourself. You will see what I am talking about in the bid history.
The id that he uses to bid the items up is:
donnie23-2013
Just a suggestion, but you might want to block these guys to avoid this happening to you.

YUP I did. It took quite a while to explain it to them. They don't seem to understand much.

Thats funny this guy jetsandmets send me a message the other day asking me to list my auction for my Jorge Soler BC Refractor Auto to a 24 hour auction with a minimum bid of $25. The id sounded familiar so I searched my google account and a few months ago messaged me telling me how all of my 2005 Bowman Chrome Colby Rasmus Autos were autographed by Corey Rasmus and NOT Colby. Now I know why he wanted me to change my auction so he could shill it and retract bids.

Yeah, he is a piece of work. I just got off with ebay again, and this time they informed me that the two id's i mentioned above have the same computer ip address. This guy is not very good at what he does.

Since they are basically busted read handed, did ebay say anything about banning their accounts?

Sad. I was going to bid and once it went up to 130ish with an hour left, I lost interest. Couldn't believe it when I saw it sold for under $40. What did you end up telling the buyer?
