Holy crap, man. Grammar and punctuation go a long way in getting proper advice. I would help but I'm not 100% sure what you are trying to say.

Sorry, I was on my phone..long story short..I bought a 5 card lot on ebay.I thought it was a member here so when they arrived I didnt examine them properly and left feedback. They were a gift to someone for the holidays.Later when I went to wrap them I noticed 3 of the 5 were badly damaged and split almost in half as they are thick stock.I left a message with seller expressing my dissapointment and felt there was no way this was in transit. I did not ask for a refund. I purchased another gift to add to them from a different seller. All I wanted was some type of reason...not money back as I am at fault as well for not examining them upon arrival...adding to my anger was i overpaid to get a nice gift.my email was ignored and I filed a case...really because of the lack of respect to at least answer me....hope that explains it better!

Sure does and I would say that you are well within your rights to open a case. It may hurt your chances with feedback having been left but as long as you haven't filed many other similar cases Ebay should take care of you. This is why I sit down and open one package at a time and leave corresponding feedback at that time. Good luck to you. Hopefully the new gift will be as appreciated as the original was going to be.

mickdapug, You aren't the only one buying cards describe as one condition and you get a really bad damage card. My favorites are the ones using "Mint" condition and send you a "Very Good" card.
Under eBay/Paypal stuff the feedback from a buyer. It isn't guarantee to avoid claims or chargebacks. I read somewhere in their site.
Now the feedback. It isn't just getting limited or suspended as buyer. If you get a reply from the seller and you are a constant "Neutral/Negative or undercover" feedback master. You can look like some scammer to other sellers.
Also it is very rare, but be ready for retaliations. Not everybody accepts mistakes so easy.
