Ebay Newly Listed Items minutes off?

Hi, I sometimes like to look at newly listed items for BIN deals, and I never find any anymore because the time is around 5 minutes off....this happen to anyone else and anyway to fix this problem?

It may have to do with Ebays indexing of items which can sometimes take up to 12 hours after they are actually listed.
