Really tough to pull an Auto in 13 Chrome retail

I have ripped around 15 blasters and a few rack packs and have hit 1 auto. Why is it so difficult to hit one in retail? I may just buy hobby only.

If you buy your blasters from Walmart, there are no autos in blasters to the best of my knowledge

I hit an auto in each of my first 2 rack packs. Unfortunately I bought many more and have never seen another.

how many more? I have bought all my blasters from target intentionally because I knew the Wal Mart blasters did not offer autos.

This is based off of no evidence at all, but it wouldnt surprise me if they front loaded retail with autos so you would buy more. Seemed like they were coming out left and right when the product was released. Not so much anymore

Id say another 8 from various Targets with nothing worth mentioning. These were only racks not blasters.

It all depends on what Chrome your buying. I know Bowman Chrome 2013 has a auto every 5 blasters. I don't think the Topps Chrome baseball has autos, maybe one or two here and there. I hit some autos out of the Bowman Chrome, and Id say get them if your looking for ink. Of like you said save your money and do hobby and jumbo boxes!!

i've opened at least 20 rack packs both target and walmart and 2 target blasters. not a single auto yet. got at least 5 more coming for christmas. hope my luck is better then

For this reason I may just buy hobby from now on. It is still tempting to toss one in the shopping cart when at Target with the wife.

yeah it is tough I didn't really try this year I bought 2 blasters and about 5 racks didnt get anything just some color. Last year I bought a whole lot and ended up getting 1 auto in a blaster.

Anyways, 3 autos to show for it. Barkley tall boy, Josrph Randle camo redemption, and a Markus Wheaton refractor /150. Horrible value wise compared to hobby for autos I know but I only buy it for the color. Out of those 27 I have 22 numbered color refractors and 8 blue waves. Have also pulled a couple of insert refractors out of /99 including a Lacy. I bet I spend more every year on retail than I do hobby. For me it is a fun rip.

Not true. Hobby boxes also have vet autos. Have seen an Alfred Morris 1000 yard club.

The base card variation autos are retail only.

I've hit 3 so far. Frankling tall boy ref auto, Ertz auto #/600, and a redemption auto prism refractor for Da'Rick Rodgers #/15. I love chrome retail football.

The reason why Im asking is because they are totally loaded here where I buy them. I buy 2 boxes every time they don't have any baseball. Ive bought 8 of them and got 6 autos so far and a ton of colour and xfractors.

Bought 2 tonight with the ice storm and got Snope and Glennon autos

Bought a few blasters and I think 4-5 rack packs, pulled a Eric Fisher Auto /600 out of a rack but that's my only Auto so far out of retail.
