So looked through my feedback and saw that a member had left me 1's for three of my DSR. I looked up the member, looked the item over, saw he did not contact me and there were no problems at all and decided to report it. The only category he didn't leave me a 1 in was communication because there was none.

Noticed about a week ago that the 1's weren't on my account anymore so was pretty excited.

Got a message from eBay just now that confirmed it.

"Hi Nicholas,

If eBay took down the 1s. It just mean the buyer has a history of leaving 1s without sense.

That's good to hear. Mind if I ask the user ID of the buyer? If he has a history, some folks here may want to block him.

I've had that happen to me.

Woke up in the morning to receive this email...

We'd like to inform you that we have deleted xx number of negative feedbacks from your account.

I breathed a sigh of relief. these negative feedbacks never even showed up on my feedback. Ebay filtered them even before they were put on.

They also send these out when DSRs roll off your account. I know I had one that rolled off on the 20th with the last evaluation and I got one. I guess to make me think Ebay is really doing something.
