i am in and out of card collecting for years at a time and was out from 1994-2008 and have been slowly getting back into it over the last 3-4 years. Im pretty big into it again.
Now with Panini having more on card auto's on product, dirt and game dates on the jersey cards (game day, down n dirty) and redeeming old redemption cards i am sold on them as my favorite manufacturer. They seem to understand and respect their customers far above Topps and Upper Deck. Instead of buying Exquisite and 5 star autos/singles I will be looking to fill my collection with National Treasures and dirty jersey cards. I have to give credit to topps for some of the creative inserts like handprint cards, sketch cards and game drawn play cards. I also have to give credit to Upper Deck (my old favorite) for STILL NOT HAVING A PRO LICENSE!!!!
just my 2 cents as i get myself back into serious card collecting.
