My son busted a Panini Gridiron 2012 Box for Christmas. Supposed to get 4 Auto or Memorabilia Cards (with at least two Autographs). Only got one Auto. Annoying.
Done with Panini.

When I ate Olive Garden for the first time, my meal was awful and I said I was done with them too. About 5 years later I gave them another chance. I'm glad I did. I love Olive Garden.
Just call or email panini. They'll make it right.

just make a copy of the sales receipt, and send all the empty packs and box in with it with a letter stating what you didn't get they will send you something

I sent a message via their website asking for help since the "Gridiron" cards were not an option to open up a "Quality Assurance" ticket. I received a standard response to go and open a "Quality Assurance" ticket. Annoyed. I can't open a "Quality Assurance" ticket for the proper product!! They closed the case. Fine.
Anyway, I need an excuse to buy less. Thanks, Panini. Not angry. Just don't want to deal with the hassle. Whoever responded to my request from Panini didn't care.
I think the "Gridiron" option disappeared since the product is over one year old? Something like that...Just wanted to get something for my son for Christmas. He gets burned by poor quality control. I use the Panini website to try to remedy the situation, and I can't open a request, and the "General" help line doesn't care either. Probably a low-end auto again anyway. He got a Riley Reiff auto, Osweiler and Ruben Randle Relic (I think).
Thanks for the tips on calling and/or emailing. Appreciate it. Maybe I will get around to it. I don't even think my son cares about it anymore.

I'm curious has anyone ever got a really nice hit from a missing hit replacement? I ALWAYS get PURE JUNK! It just annoys me. First of all they've made a mistake so they've ruined the box opening experience because one of the hits wasn't there and then it seems like you always get a junk card in the mail whenever they are ready to send it. While if the box had the correct number of hits in theory you could of actually had the chance to pull something really nice. Maybe its just my experience but it seems like they're like "Oops! Sorry we screwed up and didn't give the number of hits that we guaranteed on the front of the box but here ya go there buddy here's a super sweet practice squad or 6th round draft pick auto!"

I did, but I was extremely baked at the time.

I think you can only get missing hits/ damaged cards replaced from a product a year or less old. I could be wrong though.
