When shopping for cards online, which of the following area(s) would you say really determines your decision in possibly buying?

Put the following in order of making the most impact and feel free to comment about any.

- An organized listing
- Best prices
- Honesty
- Great service/reliable
- Selection/inventory
- Fair shipping costs
- Pictures/scans
- Communication

Plus offer whatever else that plays a role in your purchasing process.

Thanks for all input.

Since you can't really tell how reliable or honest somone is without having done business with them, usually organized listing with high quality scans/photos and then price.

That said, if someone is doing something like selling a #1/10 as a "1/1", that usually means a ding against "honesty" in my mind.

- Pictures/scans
Long time ago, I began to search items looking the photos. I don't like sellers that use a photo with multiple items of the same. One thing is a photo to choose from a lot and other is confusing buyers.

- An organized listing and a great description
In the past few months. I found some sellers just missing description or using adjectives not related to the actual item.

- Best prices
Depends of the item rarity and condition.

- Fair shipping costs
Depends of the item and when you received it. I found some great sellers, but others really bad. For example they offer and you pay for USPS Priority Mail, but they decide to use Parcel post or 1rs Class/Media Mail in the worst case scenario. Also lets not forget the ones taking advantage of combine shipping. For example asking a S&H of $30 and you receive a USPS Medium Flat Rate Box without even packing cushion.

- Honesty
In eBay, I check feedback.

- Great service/reliable
It is difficult because this one I consider refers to the whole experience. Good to refer for a 2nd buy.

- Selection
Do you mean inventory available?

One thing you missed was communication.

Thanks guys, wasn't sure if their was one thing or two that you could single out that would be the "hook" to draw a buyer in?

Guess too there are lots of variables to come into play.

It seems making the buyer work less is real key while having everything out in the open? That would include organization, good prices, selection, prompt service, actual shipping charges, etc right?

The only thing important to me is for me to receive my item in a timely fashion in the condition stated.

My 3 things that keep me coming back are:

Honesty.
Accuracy in listings & item received.
Fast shipping.

My model relies on many quick flips over & over again.

If you pretty much get this three down you have me as a buyer for a long time.

I've gone back to 3-4 sellers many a time on blowout for lots, etc.

Also, I do allow space for you to make mistakes. If you a mistake & cover it up with good customer service you have won my heart! I know we all aren't perfect. But the worst people are those who cover up their mistakes.
