first negitive in 500 transactions question

guy did not read auction and left a neg with out contacting me first is that grounds for ebay to remove feedback ? also clearly states usa only and somehow bid on it in Canada

I am pretty sure that Ebay will remove a negative for a purchase made by a buyer in a country that you do not ship to. Go to the FEEDBACK FORUM and click on the REQUEST FEEDBACK REVISION tab

You need to adjust your shipping preferences by going to your MY EBAY page and clicking on your ACCOUNT tab to the left. Click on SITE PREFERENCES and then click on SHIPPING PREFERENCES under the Selling title. On your shipping preferences page you can click EDIT on the EXCLUDE SHIPPING LOCATIONS FROM YOUR LISTINGS line. Put a check mark in all of the International boxes and click save.

Ebay will not remove it unless you had the buyers blocked just stating no international shipping is not enough.

Feedback revision is asking the BUYER to remove the feedback not Ebay and you are only allowed so many per year so before you use it you need to make sure the buyer will do so, otherwise you may waste it.

Did he ever pay for the item? If not, go to Paypal and block international payments then file an unpaid item complaint. If he gets a strike for non-payment then the neg becomes removable.
