Before you read what happened, I accidently posted this in Baseball Box Breaks. Yeah, humans make mistakes. So please don't freak out on me because I posted this twice. Thanks

I sold a card to somebody on eBay, and hadn't received payment in 7 days. I contacted him three times in that 7 days asking why he hasn't paid. On the 7th day, he told me he was having PayPal problems. Even though he has make 20+ purchases on eBay. He then proceeded to tell me to relist the card. I didn't want to do that, I wanted the money for the card he had purchased, so I opened a case on him. It has been 4 days since the case was opened, and no response. What should I do??

What can you do? Get your money back and move on.

Get my money back? What are you talking about? I'm not getting any responses. I guess just wait.

There's nothing you can do. Ebay will eventually close the case and refund your Final Value fee that you are charged on every sale. That's all that will happen. The buyer will not be forced to pay.

That's all I wanted to hear. Thanks!

You can't make him pay. Just get your fees back and relist

Quality Flow, do you have a non-payer before? Because this one will not be the last.

You have to close it after opening. If Ebay closes it you WILL NOT get your fees back. You have to open the case, then after 4 days you close it selceting buyer has not paid.

On your MY EBAY page, periodically click the RESOLUTION CENTER tab on the right side. After 4 full days it will change from case open to Close case and receive a refund of your Final Value Fees. Proceed to close the case.

After that occurs you can relist the item.
