have an odd question

Idk if anyone can help me or if this is the wrong section but I was thinking of doing a group buy for 1oz bars or rounds. Maybe get 10-20 guys together all buy a minimum of 5 oz or more that way we get a reduced shipping cost. Is there anyone that would be interested in that?

There use to be someone over on pcgs forum that did an annual Silver Eagle Roll group buy. He might still be around...

It all depends on if we have enough members to buy in bulk. I'd be interested depending on price!

Group buys are great, but in this scenario you are only buying between 50-100 oz of silver, you would not save very much, and then each purchaser would have to pay for his own shipping, so in the long run it would cost more money. Group buys need to be in the 500-1,000 oz min. I have been apart of group buys as large as 50,000 oz's a few years back, that is how the savings add up.

Thanks for the advice. I am on bullion stacker that's where I got the idea from. I will do more was just thinking of trying it over here. I would love to get 50,000 oz of silver. Bit I don't think there is that many guys to get involved. Anyway was just gathering interest on this idea on Here. Thanks again

You never know with Bullionstacker, I see guys on there buy monster boxes, like the rest of us by dinner. I believe silver is still going to drop quite a bit in 2014, or I would be in, Good luck though.

OK well if the price drops I'm sure a bunch of us would be in. There isn't anything going on bullion stacker ATM so I'm trying to get something going where I'm an established member
