I looked the scan over very carefully and it has a damaged edge on the back. Right hand side facing the person looking. It was not mentioned in the description and needless to say I got excited when I saw it. However, it went from excitement to :( quickly once I saw the damage on the back. Here is a link to the auction: 2013 Topps Chrome Cordarrelle Patterson RC Prism Refractor Auto Autograph 15 | eBay (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=231129852541)
Granted the seller may not have noticed so here is a (polite) message I sent the seller: Hi, I looked at the scans very carefully. The scan of the back shows an edge dinged pretty badly. It would be the side edge on your right hand side looking at the card. Was that left out of description on purpose or something overlooked? I believe I am seeing it correctly just want to make sure. Thanks again.
I don't suppose I was wrong by posting this, I just want to inform other collectors in case they don't get what they were expecting as it is getting tougher & tougher to get quality raw cards of ebay. It is already up to $107 with more than 4 days left too.

Thanks for the heads up, my only question is why would you put a negative assumption in your question to the seller " Was that left out of description on purpose...". Why not just ask the seller if there is damage in that spot or not. People wonder why they get angry responses and if this were my card and I did miss the flaw, I would be pretty fired up with the way you posed your question. Right, wrong or indifferent, email communications are difficult to express/understand true meaning. Just my opinion, see it all the time on here when people are unhappy with back and forth discussions.

^^^^ Bingo
Like you said alot of the angry responses we see on here and on ebay are due to the way one person addresses the other on the first message. What is the point of asking him if he left it out intentionally? Do you think he is going to message you back and say 'Yes, I did it intentionally. I was hoping that no one would notice and that I would take the gamble that the buyer isnt going to want a refund once he gets it.' There is no point in being accusatory in your message. Just ask him if the damage is on the card and if he may not have noticed it when listing because you didnt see it listed in the description

Thats why computers make it hard to express emotion and feelings. I wasn't trying to accuse him just asking. I do see where it could've been taken wrong.

Anyway, if he wanted to really hide it, he would 1. have to notice the flaw, 2. not list it in the description, and 3. not even post a photo of the back of the card.

I messaged him and apologized if I offended him. If he is honest he will at least appreciate someone bringing it to his attention and either re-list as it should be or pull it altogether.

Or he will just let it sell and never respond to you.

I said IF HE IS HONEST. If not, I don't want to deal with him anyway.
