I'm pretty sure you can just register it like a normal credit card on ebay/paypal.

I have started to see some paypal gift cards at CVS. They charge like 4 bucks and some change to activate at the store.

There is a $500 max load per day and just over 3K or so limit per month.

I just tried there's no billing address for a gift card.

I registered one online at the site and added it to my paypal account with my other credit card, worked just fine

You can use it on eBay directly. First, register the card on the website it says to.

When you go to check out after winning something on eBay, click on pay with Paypal.

It'll take you to a log in page, but don't login. Somewhere on that page, it should say, "Pay with a prepaid giftcard" or something like that.

Click on that tab and enter in the card's info. It'll take funds straight from the card.

As has been stated, read the user agreement which has a website to register it to

These cards are not a good thing to have unless you want to pay a 4.95 monthly fee. My brother gave me one of these for Christmas, thinking that it was a gift card. As Boxbreaker stated, they charged him 4.95 to activate it. So that was subtracted from the 50 bucks he spent, leaving me with 45.05 to spend. I spent it and then called the number on the back and cancelled it. It was a hassle that was definitely not worth it. Had I kept it, my 4.95 fee would be coming due right about now. Stay away!
