Ebay bucks not applied correctly

Long story short... I purchased a card for $45 on Ebay. I had $22 in Ebay Bucks applied to the purchase. However, my PP account had the full $45 deducted. Is this a PP issue or Ebay issue? Anyone know who/where I should contact to correct this?

had a similar issue. had 24$ in mine and spent all of it over a few transactions. My last transaction said xxx in ebay coupons and xxx from visa. I picked up a card a few days later and it said xxx from ebay coupons again. Checked my bank and some of my ebucks purchases were taken from my visa. I posted this on the ebay card forum but nobody knew anything about it.

I have 44.00 started with 53.00 bought something and it showed in my Paypal like a normal payment but when you look at the actual payment it shows the source to be Ebay coupons and the amount from the Paypal account was 9.37. I was wondering when i first saw it until I looked at the payment.
