This week I got an offer on a card, countered the offer and while the counter offer was still open they buyer sent an even higher offer than my counter. I accepted his higher offer and two days later received the short message "Cancel and relist". I am not going to cancel, going to file a NPB claim. Add him to your block list like I have mine!
