Reese Havens, the first-round pick of the Mets in 2008, has retired (Rubin).
Havens played six seasons in the minors, finally making it to Triple-A in 2013. He was rarely healthy, playing in only 345 games over his six years of pro ball.
He posted a .252 batting average with a .355 OBP over his career, hitting .237/.312/.330 in just 38 games in 2013.
I know he had a good amount of cards and people collected him.
