Super-Fractor ?

Does Bowman, Topps make one of these for every card or is it just certain ones? sorry if this is stupid question, but I don't know this.
If they only make certain players, cards, etc.. how can you find out checklist?

If there's a chrome version, there's a superfractor version :)!

Some of them may never surface though since there are a large number of people who hold on to sealed cases for resell at a later time.
