Do Ebay buyers think sellers are mind readers?

Sold an item and got paid for it Tuesday morning, it shipped yesterday. The buyer Emails me this morning saying he needs to make sure I am shipping the item to this address and gives me one that is completely different. I responded that the item was shipped to the address provided by both Ebay and Paypal.

He replies back demanding I fix it because its MY mistake or he is going to make sure Ebay kicks me off. LOL..

He supply the wrong address and has a lack of communication. Just contact eBay and tell the details.

I had a buyer in December that buy some cards from a list. I have very clear in the description of this type of listing that any buyer must contact to tell me the cards chose from the list. I never received the message or answer. I send more than 5 messages. I was busy in personal issues. So I forget to refund the money. Then some days ago an "item case" about not delivered item. Okay, I answer and gave the detail of lack of communication from the buyer. More than 24 hours without answer. I lost interest to deal with this buyer and refunded. Case close and fee refunded.

It's the seller's responsibility to ship the item to the address on the eBay Order details page or the PayPal Transaction Details page. It's the buyer's responsibility to have the correct address on his or her transaction.

i know i am covered at least from the neg part of it. There is a stipulation in the Feedback removal section that specifically covers these cases.

You are not covered if you ship to a different address anyway.
