COMC - "There is a pending sale"?

One of my cards is marked "Not for sale" which I thought was strange since I have priced all of my cards. When I went to update the pricing and save it, a message came up saying "There is a pending sale" and I can't list it for sale. Anyone experience this or know what it means?

I thought that was the correct answer as well. Every time it has happened to me, the card has sold on Amazon.
