there has been only one I've seen on ebay. came out of a retail pack. does anybody know the sp list yet for magic?

I could almost guarantee there is 5 or less of them. I have a '12 Luck Magic Auto and they are extremely scarce.

becketts list says the black border variation is numbered to 5 and doesn't have the regular auto listed as a sp

There has only been 2 pop up I would def say its a sp but maybe limited to like 15 like 2010 magic. Topps ha not released a Sp list far as I know so the Becker not having a sp next to it is a non valid argument.

More likely a print run of 25 or so, if they release the number would be my guess. I could be way off though. Magic has done a lot of releases of 25 stated print run.

2013 Topps Magic Retail was AMAZING this year, in retail alone I've pulled:

Peyton Manning Black Border Auto 1/5
Brian Hartline Red Border Auto 1/1
Around 20 other auto's (mostly Rc's)
around 10 Red Border Mini's /50
