Best card replacement thread

What is the best card/cards you received as replacements for redemptions that you sent in?

I had a Lebron/ Nick Fazekas dual auto and a Monta Ellis SPx rookie auto spectrum /25 that I replaced. This was when Monta Ellis stuff was hot. The card booked for $450 at the time and I got tired of waiting for it after two years. UD sent me a Kobe auto, a Derek Jeter auto and a Adrian Peterson/Lynch dual rookie auto. It took them around a year to send me my replacements but it was worth it, lol.

I had a Bryce Harper Sepia auto from Topps Chrome replaced with this:

Sold it for $1000.

I had a 2010 Max Komar Contenders that was replaced with a 2011 Kaepernick Contenders Auto. I sold it for $160 last year.

WOW. When did you sell it?

I had a 2010 Max Komar Contenders that was replaced with a 2011 Kaepernick Contenders Auto. I sold it for $160 last year.

I Bought a box of 2011 Treasures and pulled a David Garrard 1/1 auto patch, Demarco Murray auto and a guy that I had never heard of. I sent the Garrard in to get graded and at the end of 2012 I noticed that the 49ers had a new qb who was lighting it up. I couldn't remember where I saw the name from until I pulled out my football stuff and saw that I had Kaepernick's rookie auto, lol. Nice replacement by the way.
