3. Winston Guy—During the 2012 season, rookie safety Winston guy was suspended four games for violating the league’s policy regarding anabolic steroids and related substances. He did not appeal the suspension and said "it is what it is" through his agent.

4. Allen Barbre—The offensive tackle was eligible to participate in all offseason and preseason practices and games, but was suspended for the first four 2012 regular-season games after violating the NFL's policy on performance enhancing substances.

5. John Moffitt—Although he was already unable to play with a torn MCL and PCL, the then rookie guard was suspended for the final four games of the 2011 regular season after testing positive for Adderall. He did not appeal the suspension.

6. Richard Sherman - Sherman’s suspension was overturned on appeal, based on irregularities with the sample-collection process. Officially, then, he tested positive but the league determined that he did not violate the PED policy. WTF?

7. Walter Thurmond - Starting cornerback Walter Thurmond was officially suspended Tuesday by the NFL for the team's next four games for violating the league's substance abuse policy, leaving the Seahawks short-handed going into Monday's matchup against New Orleans. Thurmond's suspension was first reported by NFL.com over the weekend. Thurmond took to Twitter and apologized on Sunday, writing, "Yes I made a mistake and I have to live with the consequences. I'm disappointed in myself for letting my teammates and family down."
