I just had a large batch of items go live and out of 700+ cards, 6 are being returned. How can I see what cards are being returned? I can't figure this out and I feel like it should be relatively easy to see! Any help is greatly appreciated.

In my experience I've had to call. If there is a better way I'd like to know. Really can be random too. In almost all cases I've resubmitted the same cards and they listed them. I've never been able to figure out their criteria for a rejection as I've never sent in a damaged card and none that returned to me were actually damaged. Strange.

i got about 10 damaged cards back last month. Luck the cards are under $5 cards, what i am worried about if an expensive cards got damaged i would not know until i request a return(2 months later). I insure all my shipments and would like to know if an expensive card is damaged earlier than a couple of months later so i could possibly file for a insurance claim with fedex. other than that, its been ok.
Just contact moe and request your cards to be returned when you want them back.

This is what I've had to do. They need to make a tab on the dashboard where you can see what cards didn't make it and you can click it to have them returned.

I agree! I totally forgot about this concept. I sent in my first few submissions about a year ago and this thread made me recall that they rejected a few items. In the notice, they said they would return them to me. I have never received a shipment from them. Should I contact Moe as well?

Yes, in my experience they will not return anything without expressly being asked. You can do this via email or phone. I usually just wait until I am requesting a batch of purchased cards to be sent.

my last submission had about 400 original garbage pail kids cards and the email said that 140 were being returned. No Idea why, and I'm just holding them there until they decide to ship them back or when I actually have something to ship back to me from purchases. For all I know they might end up listing them at some point too.

Do these have any value? I have a ton of these somewhere. I bet they are at my parents house but I'm sure almost 30 years of sitting in a box in the attic hasn't been kind. :(

actually I have moved a few through amazon and a few through regular sales already. they were all found in a box from ages ago so it's all just extra gravy :)! They are from 1986 and 1987
the conditions were all over the place, I didn't send the ones which had the stickers peeling or ripped or missing. I'm not sure if maybe some I sent weren't part of the database at the time or if they didn't want to list them because they were too gross or the conditions were deemed to bad.
I have just about all of them listed for 0.75 and under. I figured it was worth the 0.20 to toss 'em on the site instead of trying to sell them elsewhere or just sitting on them. there are not too many available of each card to begin with.
