Is Panini good with replacements

I redeemed an Aldon Smith Limited Gold Monikers auto /25 over 2 years ago, but still have not received the card. I was wondering if anyone has had any experience dealing with replacements from them lately, I would love to have the card as that's the only reason I have waited this long, but after two years I am starting to get fed up with waiting.

Its been miss for me...sent them three requests now for replacements and each time they tell me the replacements will be out in 3-5 weeks. 4 months later, nothing has been done.

I requested a replacement on a two year old redemption and received what I asked for once. Second Time I did it, they sent me the card that the redemption was for after letting me know I could ask for a replacement.

I say you did well with the replacements, can you tell them what you collect or is it just whatever they feel like?

I had an alson smith at one time and they sent me a ntional treasures Navarro bowman in its place not bad I thought.

It depends on whether or not you are an a$$hat when interacting with them and if you whine about "value".

If you want ONLY Player X as a replacement you may not like what you get.

If you give them a list of players and teams you should be happy.

When I have requested replacements I have asked for Red Sox, Patriots or teams that friends collect. I have never had an issue.

If you act like a complete jacka$$ on the phone or in the email to them, and tell them blah-blah is selling for $500 on ebay and you demand blah-blah as a replacement, they're going to dig out the worst possible slice of cardboard with an auto on it and send it directly to your door, and deservedly so.
Be respectful and polite and you will be treated the same.

I'd wait for the actual card. I redeemed the same Aldon Smith, really wanted it for the PC, but it has been so long I figured he probably wont sign and if he does I will just buy the card on Ebay. So I ended up getting a Cutler jersey auto /25 that sells for about $15-$20. You could have better luck than me, but they are really hit or miss.
