Why are my Topps Redemptions cancelled?

I might be repeating a question and I apologize...but does anyone else have a problem with their Topps Redemptions being cancelled? It says cancelled on my redemption page...wtf!:mad:

Topps confirmed it's a glitch.

Glitch or not I have redemptions from May not filled and the cards are live. Both show as Cancelled. I suppose I have to call them?
