I had a custom PVC case made for an oversized playbook card from topps supreme. I gave exact measurements of width height and thickness. It was made to fit perfectly and did so well.
After a day I noticed that the cover was slightly touching the card edges. Not really smashing the card but just making contact. It's only at the edges making me think the spine of the book is angling the two sides to touch the cover.
My question is, will this damage the card?
Btw, the manufacturer can't make it any thicker because he doesn't have a sheet of PVC any thicker. I'm thinking of having it remade with 2 inner layers to make it thicker.
