Wow! I'm a big proponent of innocent until proven guilty but that story doesn't paint a very bright picture for Sharper. The fact that he's facing rape allegations in 4 states is pretty insane.

I'm not saying what Sharper did was even remotely in the slightest bit acceptable, but Sandusky prayed on children through a charitable foundation he set up and then molested them

There is scum in this world, which Sharper falls into (if this ends up being real, and it's not sounding good for him so far)

This is what we have to remember here. Although I'll admit it LOOKS very bad, there's a lot of gold diggers out there and the lengths they will go for a free payday are limitless.

True, but also here we're not talking about him getting arrested or being questioned about, that was a few weeks ago.

This is being charged, that plus the combination of 4 states being interested in him, it looks even worse than just "very bad" IMHO

In a lot of cases, rape isn't about the sex, it's about the power & control. Clearly with him it's that, and some creepy messed up factor we all don't understand.

I think you should look at his career again. 5 Pro-bowls, 6 All-pro teams (two 1st team and four 2nd team), 7th in NFL history in interceptions. He has really comparable numbers to Aeneas Williams (better in some, worse in others).

Aeneas Williams just got elected to the HOF this year after being a finalist the last two years.

Not that I want a POS rapist in the HOF but to just dismiss his career is wrong. He had an excellent career and probably would have gotten into the HOF eventually.

I was looking on the web for info on this and I found this weird-azz photo from Visanthe Shiancoe at a shooting range from June of 2010, I guess they had big feud going when he was a Saint.

Jesus christ, this guy is on some Ed Gein type -ish on the low.

Hope they toss the books at him. I can't even imagine how a guy of his stature (obviously not a bad looking guy) or wealth has to resort to drugging up women to get his fix. Then again, what he has is probably a severe mental sickness, where consensual sex probably does nothing for him anymore.

All the better, because I'm sure his fellow inmates will share the same sentiments as him while he's sleeping.
