View Full Version : Nolan Ryan additions to the new PC ONGOING

About a month ago I decided to focus my Nolan Ryan collection with nice inserts with him in an Astros uni. I already had a decent insert PC of Ryan from cards I had pulled or acquired in trades/deals. I will update this thread with new additions as they come in. The first pic is the new mailday I got today. The second set of pics are from the existing Ryan PC. Thanks for the look. And I'm always looking to trade for nice Ryan inserts.

I plan on using the stamp to make a custom card for the PC. I already have the design and I just need to make it now.

Stamp front is done. I'm working on the back now. The stamp worked exactly as I'd hoped, this is fun.

Now that he's working for the Astros again, I wonder if Topps will produce more cards of him in a Houston uni.

That would be really nice. It isn't easy finding nice stuff with him in an Astros uni. I plan on attending Astros FanFest this year in hopes of getting some IP autos from Nolan. I won a beautiful Donruss Hall of Fame Heroes #/500 that would look amazing with an IP.

Nice mini. I think later I will pick up some things like that. I'm gonna focus on Astros stuff until the chase runs out of steam.

Yes, the front is completely done. I just have to cut out and glue the back.

Thank you. I actually have some other stamps and I'm gonna do a whole set for my PC. I have Mantle, Ruth, Killebrew and Campanella.

This is my latest addition and is #/500. I have always loved Diamond Kings and the like so this is now my favorite Ryan insert in the PC.
