I normally do not do this but user ... crmhpcc ...
has emailed me 8 times with threats and chocie words including telling me and my family to die, WHY?

he spent over $125 on 3 triple threads cards from me, which were sent with sig conf and insurance, and he was left 2 notices but never picked it up

he blames me, and will not respond to my emails telling him this over and over

very sad...his feedback is good too
but in over 10 years on ebay i have never heard such nasty hate-filled emails

Paypal may hold your money but you still have a chance with this one due to the status. If it shows 3rd attempt then clearly they have tried to deliver. USPS holds for 10 days and then returns to sender. Paypal wont rule that fast. Good Luck.

Let us know how this one goes. If that starts happening, Paypal needs to figure out something new.

I'm not positive but if he does pick it up and paypal doesn't credit your account back, then this guy has commited theft by mail. Call the local Post Office and Police Dept and report it.

If he doesn't pick it up, he only has a week before sending it back. The PayPal claim process takes longer than this. What will happen is that it will be returned to you, and you will have to return the money. You won't get stuck with neither, because if there were ever a time that they would scan the item, it's when someone picks it up in person. I think the reason that so many things don't get scanned is because "nobody" is watching.
