Pricing Help Needed Please

I have this card and it has had me scratching my head for days. I looked in Beckett but couldn't find anything and there are no auctions on E-bay either.

It is a 2009 (maybe 2010) Press Pass Joey Logano Top Numbers Race Used Tire Card. It is #'d out of 50. It is a really nice looking card. If anyone can tell me where it is from and maybe a price on it I would really appreciate it.

I appreciate it but I didn't look closely enough at my beckett. It was a Wal Mart or Target issue (I can't remember which one).
