Hi i'm sorry if this has been asked many times before but i have searched through the forums and there is just to many that dont answer my question :p.
I have been thinking about selling on Comc but i have just common Prizm Base cards and i was wondering if its worth while as with all the fees for processing and so on.
Thanks for any help. :)!

Probably not worth it. If you sold every non-rc for an average of $1.00 a piece you would be looking at a $0.45 profit if you take into account the processing fee and cash-out fee (let alone the cost to ship them to COMC).
That doesn't even take into account the Prizm base that are already on the site, which will ultimately drive the prices down once more show up.
Nor does it take into account the people who can go buy the majority of the base from me on sportlots (if they use the site) from me for $0.18 a piece :)

My advice is to check COMC for each card, and see if there is a copy available on the site selling for less than $1. If so, don't send in that card.
They usually have some sort of listing sale in August which ties in with the National baseball card show. That is usually a good time to send in a pile of lesser value items (50 cents or so).
You might put the lesser value items into general piles by price (25 cent or more, 50 cent or more, etc). Then when you have 50 or 100 or 400 or whatever similar cards, you might consider selling that as a bulk lot on eBay. For example, if you have 100 copies of one player's rookie card and the lowest COMC price is 50 cents, you might consider listing that on eBay as one lot with an asking price of $50, and put Best Offer on the listing.
In general, COMC is really, really good for the $1 to $5 cards (retail) which would be a pain to list, pack and ship one-at-a-time. It is also really good if you would use COMC credit to buy other items on COMC for your personal collection, or to resell.
