Major addition to my Ginobili PC!!

Among all the future HOFers, I believe Ginobili has the least amount of patch auto in existence (probably less than 5). Ginobili just simply stopped sigining, not even stickers, after 2004. And this one has always eluded me, and I believe it is patch auto card for his PC -
