Hi board members,
Been on Ebay for quite a while. 7000+ feedback on my old account and 1500 on my new one. I have a problem that has occurred for the first time and not sure how to deal with it.
I sold a complete master set of 2009 Topps Update.
Send a set out but got lost. Buyer files a claim on Paypal. I mail out the set but my computer broke so I couldn't send in the tracking number.
Delivery confirmation shows the buyer received the item but now I am out the payment as its been refunded and also the set. Contacted the buyer a couple times and its been over a week.
Is there anything I can do.
