Ebay help!! Not sure what to do

Hi board members,

Been on Ebay for quite a while. 7000+ feedback on my old account and 1500 on my new one. I have a problem that has occurred for the first time and not sure how to deal with it.

I sold a complete master set of 2009 Topps Update.

Send a set out but got lost. Buyer files a claim on Paypal. I mail out the set but my computer broke so I couldn't send in the tracking number.

Delivery confirmation shows the buyer received the item but now I am out the payment as its been refunded and also the set. Contacted the buyer a couple times and its been over a week.

Is there anything I can do.

You send this via paypal USPS ship? IF so you should be able to show the DC number to paypal. If you've got the DC number and its showing as delivered I'm not sure how you didnt win and I'd want an explanation from Paypal. If it arrived damaged, you'd be responsible, but even then they have to send it back to you for a refund.

Pick up the phone and call paypal. You should get more action by calling instead of trading emails. According to paypal, I believe you have a certain amount of time to submit the information. I do believe that if you have the info and can now provide it, that they will try to get the funds back for you. The unfortunate thing, is that now you are trying to get your funds back, whereas you could have blocked the reversal had you been able to submit the info sooner.

I would think that if you explain the situation with them, and have your dc that they will work with you.
