Not sure if he is a member but he is a scumbag. Dude is from Canada? I bought card from him and it never arrived, had to open case with paypal and so i contacted him and he said it was held up in customs and came back to him so he didn't feel like resending it to me. He traded it and keep my money for 3 weeks without refunding me. total scumbag
