Ewing patch Seems off??

I don't recall there being messy patches like this..? Anyone see any other Ewing like this?

All other Immaculate patches have been white and Blue, none black...

I am not sure.. but this looks fake.. its not even close to the other Ewing patches i have seen in immaculate..

that patch looks terrible! where is the 3 taken from? edited: some of the below comments indicated that the small "3" may have been taken from the shorts. not a fan of the small "3," but that's just me.

Hard to tell. The set is "patch" which mostly from shorts, not from jersey. I think there are some years that Knicks has player number on the shorts.

Could be real and it is damage from all the sweat that comes off of him. No one sweat more then him in the NBA.

Not sure but this has sold on ebay previously with the same patch. Only two times i have seen it so far. Could be real just not sure where the small numbers are from?? I stayed away...

"number" set is on the jersey. "patch" set is anything extra on the pants or jersey.

That's most likely fake...That patch would be from the Insignias set if it had a logo like that...Not from the "patch" version

I dont believe it is fake at all. I saw the matching half sell as well.. And I bought this Stoudemire and its Patches and /4 just like the insignias card. Still dont know the difference. Maybe it is from different jersey variations they wear? Here are a couple i saw for Chris Paul as well from hornets uni..

I was thinkin the same. I pulled that CP3 Neck Patch :)! and I pulled a Ewing Numbers Patches and it was a Blue Jersey with a Orange Number..

The color seems off but you can't ever tell with scans really...also they had those dark blue jerseys but the numbers were a different style. I'm guessing the scan just makes the blue look darker. Not sure if real or not but could be...

Yeah looks like its from the shorts. The insignia looking ewing card is for sure real just don't know why it's not labled insignias. I would love to know tho.

The 2 nyk logos I believe are real. Both halves are 3/9 and 4/9 and match up perfectly. Kinda Hard to land back to back serials so early on and then fake them like that.
