Is anyone going to have the chance to get any cards RCR Graded soon? I have a few I'd like to, but I live in freaking Nebraska so never have the chance to. LMK if this is something you'd be able to help with.

Just a random question; but why would you bother doing rcr??? Your including additional risk into the equation:

1.) your going to ship the cards to someone- the PO can screw up the handling, they can get damaged, or they may mysteriously vanish (which happens occasionally).
2.) someone is going to need to ship these back to you (see post above). They're not slabbed either, so the level of protection isn't there vs. getting them slabbed.
3.) RCR do not sell as easily, or for the same price as slabbed. You simply cannot pass off that addition grading cost to a buyer- well you can, if they don't care and don't mind pissing money away at BGS.
4.) RCR is good for one thing, and one thing only IMO. If you're physically at a show where they offer this service, and you have a stack of raw cards that you want to flip there. A great way to go in that instance... Other than that, I think RCR is a waste of time, money, and oxygen. Just do a BGS sub with a min grade, that would be my $0.02.

I agree. I have a PC card that got dinged at bgs for surface and I think RCR grading is softer. I really want the card slabbed but not at the grade it received. I think it was an unfair knock on the surface and BGS seems really inconsistent lately.

This... Just prep it well. They (BGS) could have dinged it for something simple like a fingerprint. Even light print lines can get over looked if you prep it well enough (ask Jewcer about the Moran I sold him that is now rocking a gem label).

Prepping wont help unfortunately. Jewcer prepped it really well. Beautiful card other than a small surface scratch that will (and should) get dinged. It just got a bugger knock than I think it should have.
