Looks legit to me, boarder of the patch doesn't look damaged. Would love to hear some more opinions on it

I'd stay away, period. So much going on in this hobby these days.

I haven't been able to find any past sales where the card looked any different. But the only sale I can find is from June 2013

I went on Worthpoint and viewed a bunch of other cards from this set. This patch doesn't look out of place to me. I wouldn't assume this card had been tampered with.

These series is known for creased corners. I've owned a CP3 that had a creased corner so don't let that deter you...looks real to me. Lots of funky patches in this set.

the lebron looks good to me. the stitching patterns on the patches and the fabric of the jersey seem consistent with other legitimate lebron patches i've encountered. as fraser mentioned, the small 1/4" creases on the corners of the patch window were endemic among the 06-07 limited logos release and shouldn't be taken as a sky-is falling, gloom-and-doom, "AVOID AT ALL COSTS" absolute indicator.
